Support Worker for Special Needs Child

Philosophy Education is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team as a SEN Nursery Assistant. This role involves providing 1 to 1 support for a child with autism, helping them develop communication skills through Makaton and accessing play-based activities safely.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, starting immediately on an ongoing contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working with under-5s with special educational needs and possess a caring, dedicated approach.
