About the Role

Horizon Teachers is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a skilled and passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision school in Hackney on a full-time, long-term basis.

The School

This specialist provision offers a unique learning environment for pupils aged 2-19 with complex and significant learning needs. The team is looking for someone who is passionate about making a real impact and has experience supporting children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • To provide high-quality teaching and support to students with special educational needs
  • To develop and implement tailored lesson plans that cater to individual student needs
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with complex needs
  • A patient, passionate, and calm approach to teaching

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
