Community Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced community support professional to join our team at Pick for Britain.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking assessments of individual and carers' needs and risks to encourage independence, providing support and preventing harm.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and promoting their independence and wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do: You will work closely with service users and carers to identify their needs and develop person-centred plans to promote their independence and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- Child/ Adult DBS on Update Service.
- UK Passport/ Right to Work.
- Social Work England/ HCPC Check.
What We Offer: A competitive salary of £25.39 per hour, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
