Senior Client Service Professional - Commercial Insurance

A leading insurance brokerage firm, MW Appointments, is seeking a Senior Client Service Professional to join their dynamic Commercial department. This role involves managing a variety of new and existing clients' insurance needs, focusing on commercial corporate clients and risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle diverse commercial risks for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Manage new business, renewals, and adjustments, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Obtain quotes and address client inquiries, building strong relationships.
  • Work with large corporate clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive for renewal strategies, driving business growth.
  • Present renewal terms to clients and ensure contract certainty, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
  • Prior experience in a similar commercial insurance role, with a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Familiarity with commercial corporate clients and risks, including liability and property insurance.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
Preferred:
  • Organizational and IT skills, with proficiency in insurance software and systems.
  • Cert CII qualification or in progress, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
