Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Insurance Quotations: Obtain competitive quotations for clients and handle all client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Renewal Management: Liaise with the Account Executive to ensure a strategic approach to renewal, attend client meetings as needed, and obtain renewal terms for presentation to clients.
  • Documentation and Administration: Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Insurance Experience: Previous experience in a similar Commercial Insurance role, with a strong understanding of corporate clients and risks.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Good organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client relationships.
