Senior Account Handler

Our client, a leading Lloyds Broker, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Handler to join their expanding Commercial department in Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of clients' insurance needs, from new business to renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage clients' needs across a mix of commercial risks, ensuring their insurance requirements are met.
- Deal with new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless transactions.
- Obtain quotations for clients and handle all client queries, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Liaise effectively with the Account Executive to develop an appropriate strategy for renewal, attend client meetings as needed, and obtain renewal terms.
- Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Previous experience in a similar commercial insurance role, with a strong understanding of commercial corporate clients and risks.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- This is a permanent role, based in Essex with a hybrid working arrangement.
- The salary is up to £50,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and development.
