About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Female Relief Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing encouragement, guidance, and support to individuals in their own homes, empowering them to live independently and make their own choices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, promoting their dignity and respect
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in community activities and social events
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare teams and social workers
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in care work within the UK
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost met by United Response)
