About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at United Response. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing encouragement, guidance, and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, promoting their dignity and well-being
  • Build and maintain strong, one-to-one relationships with service users, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, empowering them to make their own choices
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless support and care
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in care work within the UK
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost met by United Response)
