Job Title: Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at Upton Grange School, part of Options Autism. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who have autism and additional needs, helping them achieve their full potential.

The salary for this position is £23,500 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be adaptable and able to work in a variety of classroom roles. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare learning materials and assist teachers with lesson plans
  • Support students with their academic and personal development
  • Provide emotional and physical support to students, including supervising during outdoor activities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
