Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lubricants Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Crown Oil Ltd. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality lubricants to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be passionate about building lasting customer relationships, and have a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in lubricants or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls related to lubricants, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate leads through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to better serve our customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in lubricants or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • A background in engineering or a technical discipline is a plus.
