Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled International Itinerary Manager to join our team in SW London. This is a challenging role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in travel coordination, marketing, and administrative support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing complex travel itineraries for staff, builders, and guests traveling from around the world. They will also provide general administrative support and assist the marketing team with brochure design and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage complex travel itineraries
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Audit and amend existing travel itineraries
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist the marketing team with brochure design and editing

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and design software (InDesign)
  • Lithuanian language skills are highly desirable

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
