Event Delegate Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Delegate Manager to join our team at JB Event Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service excellence in event registration, attendee management, and technology services.
- Manage client and attendee data, lead on client update calls, and attend kick-off meetings internally and externally.
- Support clients on technically driven aspects of events, including virtual events, and work closely with IT teams to implement solutions.
- Travel to assist client events onsite in the UK and worldwide, and work closely with suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Produce project timelines working closely with Project Managers, and ideally have experience with Cvent technology.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global communication/event agency, delivering high-quality events and services to clients worldwide.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, delegate registration, and attendee services.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Cvent technology.
