About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Education Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for growing and running a successful desk, recruiting and placing primary and secondary educators on a long-term or permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with schools and educators to understand their recruitment needs.
  2. Source and attract top talent in the education sector, utilizing various recruitment strategies and techniques.
  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our client schools.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, utilizing this knowledge to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Requirements
