Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a successful recruitment desk.
- Source and place primary and secondary educators in long-term and permanent roles.
- Write compelling job advertisements and conduct thorough candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with the team on candidate management and active roles.
- Maintain detailed records of candidates and placements.
- Progress to an Education Recruitment Consultant role, managing your own desk and supporting client schools.
What We Offer
- Competitive starting salary ranging from £20,000 to £23,000, based on experience.
- A structured commission plan for trainees.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus public holidays, with reduced hours during school breaks.
- Flexible working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM during term time and 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM during holidays.

Candidate Profile
- A motivated and engaging individual with strong communication skills.
