About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team at AT Talent - Rec2Rec. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively searching, attracting, and shortlisting candidates using various tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively search and attract candidates using online job boards and other necessary tools.
  • Create, post, and update job adverts, and manage and process applications and responses efficiently.
  • Initiate and manage candidate and client relationships, predominantly over the telephone, understanding their requirements and needs.
  • Determine suitability and qualify candidates by developing an efficient and effective screening process.
  • Identify, chase, and progress new business opportunities over the telephone and build relationships with clients.
