About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
  • As a Recruitment Trainee, you will be responsible for proactively searching, attracting, and shortlisting candidates using various tools and resources.
  • You will create, post, and update job adverts, manage applications, and respond to candidates efficiently.
  • Initiate and manage relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and needs.
  • Determine suitability and qualify candidates by developing an effective screening process.
  • Identify, chase, and progress new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
