Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant Trainee to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements
  • Advertising job vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Generating new business leads and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling clients and candidates to discuss job opportunities and requirements
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on client needs and requirements
  • Advertising job vacancies on job boards and social media
  • Developing new business leads and generating new business opportunities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including securing deals and making commission
Requirements

  • Degree-educated or good A-Level results
