Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant Trainee to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients in the recruitment industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
  • Advertise job vacancies on job boards and LinkedIn
  • Develop new business and generate new leads
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Secure deals and make commission

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven
  • Have a confident, competitive, and charismatic edge
  • Degree educated or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
  • Ideal candidate has played competitive sport to a high level
  • Genuinely wanting to have a successful long-term career
