Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant Trainee. As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients, developing new business leads, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients
  • Develop new business leads and generate new revenue streams
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be ambitious, motivated, and financially driven
  • Have a confident, competitive, and charismatic edge
  • Degree educated, or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
  • Ideal candidate will have played competitive sport to a high level
  • Genuinely wanting to have a successful long-term career
