About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant at Timeplan Education Group Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and placing high-quality teachers and support staff with our schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to generate new candidates for our team's vacancies, including job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates through phone, email, and text to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Assist with the coordination of interviews and assessments for candidates.
  • Onboarding Support: Ensure that successful candidates are onboarded accurately and efficiently, and that all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Advertising and Promotion: Write, place, and update job adverts in accordance with company procedures.
  • Application Monitoring: Monitor responses and applications received, and ensure that candidate applications are processed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Experience in schools or recruitment is preferred but not essential
  • Good understanding of the UK education system
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Availability to work 5 days a week
  • Confidence in undertaking candidate generation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member
  • Ability to develop relationships with people at all levels
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work to deadlines
