We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant at Timeplan Education Group Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the placement of high-quality teachers and support staff with our schools.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to generate new candidates for our team's vacancies, including job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Candidate Communication: Effectively communicate with candidates through phone, email, and text to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Assist with the coordination of interviews and assessments for candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Ensure that successful candidates are onboarded accurately and efficiently, and that all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
- Advertising and Promotion: Write, place, and update job adverts in accordance with company procedures.
- Application Monitoring: Monitor responses and applications received, and ensure that candidate applications are processed efficiently.
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Monthly commission
- Term-time hours (9-5.30pm or 8.30-5pm)
- Reduced hours during school holidays (9-5pm or 8-4pm)
- One day of remote working per week

- Good understanding of the UK education system
