Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a successful recruitment desk.
- Source and place primary and secondary educators for long-term and permanent positions.
- Write engaging job advertisements and conduct thorough candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with the team on candidate management and active roles.
- Maintain an organized candidate database.
- Progress to the role of Education Recruitment Consultant, taking on the responsibility of managing your own desk and supporting client schools.
What We Offer
- Competitive starting salary ranging from £20K to £23K, based on experience.
- A structured commission plan designed for trainees.
- Generous holiday allowance of 25 days plus public holidays, with reduced hours during school breaks.
- Flexible working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM during term time and 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM during holidays.

- Positive, proactive, and possess a good sense of humor.
