Our team is expanding to build and lead a new outbound sales strategy, and we're looking for a driven leader to manage a small team of Sales Development Representatives. Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building Opinov8's outbound sales development function. You will be responsible for managing a small team of SDRs, setting outbound sales strategies, and being hands-on in prospecting, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities. This role is ideal for someone currently excelling in SDR or BDR functions within the technology or technology services space and looking to take the next step into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Outbound Sales Strategy: Focus initially on the UK market and later expand into the USA and UAE.
  2. Lead and Manage SDR Team: Generate high-quality leads and provide guidance to team members.
  3. Be Hands-on in Outbound Prospecting: Use cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify potential opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Ensure alignment between outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
  5. Create and Optimize Messaging: Develop scripts and outreach cadences to engage with potential clients.
  6. Use CRM Tools: Track, measure, and report on outbound performance using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  7. Mentor and Develop SDR Team: Foster a high-energy, high-performance culture.
  8. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Drive effective sales strategies by staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ Years of SDR or Similar Experience: In the technology or technology services space.
  2. Outbound Lead Generation Experience: In B2B environments.
  3. Leadership or Mentorship Experience: Even in non-formal settings.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Interpersonal and analytical skills are a must.
  5. CRM Tool Proficiency: HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  6. Self-Motivation: Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Sales teams.
  8. International Market Experience: Willingness to expand efforts into the USA and UAE.

Additional Information:

Opinov8 offers a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and loyalty bonus. We also provide company pension, referral program, sick pay, and work-from-home options. The role requires a full-time commitment with a Monday to Friday schedule. A-Level or equivalent education is preferred, and 2 years of SDR experience is ideal. The work location is a hybrid remote environment in Weybridge.
