We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Associate to join our team at Middlesbrough Council, supporting individuals experiencing problems with substance use, domestic abuse, and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in line with their recovery care plan.
  • Undertake clinical tasks, including ECGs, health assessments, alcohol assessments, titrations, phlebotomy, buvidal administration, and wound care.
  • Contribute to the assessment of client needs, care plans, and processes.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Promote health and wellbeing at all times, supporting clients to address their health needs.
  • Recognise and raise issues relating to safeguarding.
  • Have a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions.
Requirements:
  • A Nurse Associate Foundation degree or equivalent qualification recognised by the NMC.
  • Registration as a Nurse Associate on the NMC register.
