Job Title: Nurse Associate - Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Associate to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This role involves overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and clinical oversight for our client with a high-level spinal cord injury.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and training a team of healthcare assistants, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and fostering a compassionate and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services meet required standards.
  • Individual Support: Provide personalised support to the client.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and support a team of complex healthcare assistants.
  • Clinical Oversight: Taking direction from the Nurse Manager in ensuring clinical practices are followed, providing guidance and support on medical and health-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience/knowledge working in a similar field.
  • Evidence of training/qualifications.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
