Domiciliary Care Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Rota Management Specialist to join our team at Daytime Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our rota system to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in rota management and scheduling, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will work closely with our Recruitment Team to identify new opportunities for growth and development within the service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient rota systems to meet the needs of our service users and staff
- Coordinate referrals and manage new care packages, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team to plan and develop workforce capacity
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes
