In this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing tailored support and companionship in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to clients with varying needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What You'll Need:

  • At least 6 months' experience in care work, preferably in a live-in or domiciliary setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Our Benefits:

  • A generous salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience
