We are currently looking for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our care service in Wakefield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing staff rotas in advance, managing referrals, and working closely with the Recruitment Team on future workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rota management and scheduling, as well as a proven track record in coordinating within a domiciliary care setting. You must hold a Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care and possess a driving license with your own transport.
