Corporate Governance and Performance Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance and Performance Officer to join our Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with external stakeholders, including government agencies, international organizations, and industry partners.
As a Corporate Governance and Performance Officer, you will work closely with our Communications Team to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, manage our engagement channels and roadmap, and support the sourcing of content to deliver NNL's engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the wider communications and HR team to support delivery of NNL's Outreach Strategy.
- Oversee corporate affairs planning activity, including management of the daily and weekly planners to allow effective management stakeholder engagement activities.
- Event management.
- A talent for ensuring clear messages are communicated with an emphasis on tailoring to the stakeholder.
- Experience of organising and recording both quantitative and qualitative analysis for measuring impact.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance (this includes but is not limited to identity, employment and criminal record checks).
