Corporate Governance and Performance Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance and Performance Officer to join our Corporate Affairs team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with external stakeholders, including government agencies, international organizations, and industry partners.
You will work closely with our Communications Team to develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, manage our engagement channels and roadmap, and support the sourcing of content to deliver NNL's engagement strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies to support NNL's outreach goals.
- Manage our engagement channels and roadmap to ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Work with the Communications Team to source and develop content for stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support the delivery of NNL's Outreach Strategy in collaboration with the wider communications and HR team.
- Oversee corporate affairs planning activity, including management of daily and weekly planners to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Event management and coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, international organizations, and industry partners.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in corporate governance and performance, with a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance.
