Corporate Tax and Private Client Tax Advisory Manager

Your new role as a Corporate and Private Client Tax Manager will be to provide high-quality tax planning and tax efficiency advice across a range of specialist tax areas, including ownership structures, capital allowances, remuneration planning, MBOs, demergers, and partitions, EIS and SEIS, residence and domicile, trusts, and estate planning, and EMI schemes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tax planning and tax efficiency advice to corporate and private clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations to ensure clients are compliant
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a comprehensive tax advisory service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the tax advisory service
To be successful in this role, you will have some exposure to corporate tax advisory work within your existing firm or have an awareness of tax advisory work but be stuck in a tax compliance role currently. A CTA or ATT qualification would be beneficial but not essential as you could be qualified by experience and be ready to further your professional development, which this firm supports.
