We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated College Career Advisor to join our team at New City College.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert guidance on career choices, education pathways, and job market trends.
  • To assist students in setting and achieving their career goals through tailored advice and support.
  • To maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in career guidance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality careers service delivery.
