Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

The Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced employee relations advisor to join their team. As an employee relations advisor, you will be responsible for providing professional advice to managers on all aspects of employment law, including employee relations, terms and conditions of employment, and Trust policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and specialist ER team at a major London hospital. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to managers on employee relations, employment law, and Trust policies and procedures.
- Assist and advise managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote positive employee relations and improve employee engagement.

Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- CIPD Associate Membership (Level 5).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
