We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our adult female client, helping her achieve her rehabilitation goals and maintaining her dignity and independence.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in complex care, excellent communication skills, a compassionate and patient nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:
You will be working directly with the client, supporting her with daily tasks, and helping her achieve her rehabilitation goals. You will also need to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the case manager and other members of the team.
