**Enhance the Lives of Adults with Learning Disabilities
We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team at East Sussex County Council, where you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for adults with learning disabilities. Your expertise will help provide daily support and supervision to our staff, as well as identifying training opportunities and collaborating closely with health colleagues and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to staff through daily support and regular supervision.
- Identify training and development opportunities for staff.
- Collaborate with health colleagues and key partner agencies.
- Oversee safeguarding enquiries.
Requirements:
- You must be committed to training and personal development.
- You should be able to meet the travel requirements of the post.
- You should have, or be willing to obtain, a Social Work qualification.
Benefits:
