About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Eastbourne. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administering medication to our customers as prescribed by their healthcare professionals.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to our customers, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
  • Supporting our customers with complex care needs, including manual handling and using equipment where required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • An excellent level of English.
  • Naturally compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12-£14 per hour.
  • Mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
