Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum
The Senior Growth and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in marketing, who can lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with business objectives.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Oversee the development of content, digital marketing, social media, and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Design and execute customer acquisition strategies that target high-value segments.
- Develop and optimize retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Use data-driven insights to refine customer personas and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Lead initiatives to build brand equity and increase brand loyalty among target audiences.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet targets.
- Implement A/B testing, customer segmentation, and other methods to optimize marketing efforts.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
- Drive collaboration across departments to create cohesive strategies that support overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor the growth and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships that support growth objectives.
- Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with key partners.
- Explore new channels and partnerships to expand market reach and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles.
- Skills: Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, and brand management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
