Senior Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to lead our end-to-end targeted customer promotions program and lifecycle marketing for Amazon Fresh stores and online.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for targeted customer promotions across Fresh stores and online channels.
  2. Collaborate with analytics teams to build segmentation models and adopt data-driven approaches to test and scale customer promotions.
  3. Manage our omnichannel employee and student discount programs, designing campaigns and tactics to drive program engagement.
  4. Own budget planning and reporting of customer basket promotions performance for all business reviews.
  5. Partner with product teams to develop improved tools and processes for targeted customer promotions, increasing program engagement and ease of execution.
  6. Ensure all promotions are set up correctly and follow robust QA processes and legal approvals for consistent high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  2. Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  3. Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  4. Ability to use data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  5. Experience with test and learn, marketing optimization, and experimentation.
