Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality play and care for our children, encouraging participation and developing their abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging play activities for children aged 4-11
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily site checks and the safety of children, staff, and visitors
- Evaluate and provide input on the effectiveness of play activities
- Support the development of children's skills and confidence through play-based learning
Requirements
- GCSE grade C+ equivalent or NVQ qualification
- Experience working with young children and planning engaging play activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits
