This role is a permanent position, subject to funding.

We are seeking an experienced professional to work within the Forward Leeds Focussed Intervention Team for Primary Care. This individual will be at the forefront of Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service.

Applicants with lived experience are welcome, who may be looking to work within substance misuse services for the first time.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals facing issues around alcohol and/or drugs, providing structured support through assessing needs and care planning treatment goals, as well as delivering structured 1-1 interventions.

Barca-Leeds is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. A Disclosure and Barring Check at an appropriate level will be required before appointment confirmation.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
