We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adoption Caseworker to join our team at Leeds City Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children and families, making a positive impact on their lives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality social work services to children, their families, and carers.
  • Assessing needs, managing risk, and developing service plans that meet the needs of each individual.
  • Working closely with other professionals to ensure integrated and holistic approaches to care management and safeguarding.

About You:

  • You will hold an appropriate professional qualification (BSc, BA, MA, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England.
  • You will have experience working with children and families, and be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in this area.
  • You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, and be committed to delivering high-quality services.
