Do you have the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the Lloyd's market and beyond?

If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Underwriting Performance Manager, Property Treaty role at Lloyd's.

As the Underwriting Performance Manager, you will develop and lead the underwriting policy for the Property Treaty class, providing oversight of technical underwriting issues and working with other Lloyd's functions to support the Corporation's strategic goals.

You will produce high-quality analysis, guidance, and insight on your product line and proactively engage and knowledge-share with syndicates to understand and support their performance and strategic decision-making.

Working in partnership with syndicates across the market, you will ensure the Property Treaty class delivers long-term sustainable profitable performance and enhances the reputation of the Lloyd's market.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong underwriting, pricing, or exposure management background and expertise in Treaty risks
  • A sound understanding of the Lloyd's market, its regulatory framework, and its risk appetites
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement of underwriting standards and practices
