About the Role

The South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our administration team as an Administration Apprentice. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential online filing systems and data input for all records generated within the Trust.
  • Organize and book meetings, create agendas, and support the distribution of meeting papers under the supervision of the administration team.
  • Undertake scanning, photocopying, shredding, and general office duties to ensure the smooth running of the ambulance service.
  • Work with the County Business Manager to identify and develop your own learning needs, participate in, and support personal development.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who has a successful acceptance onto Level 2 or Level 3 administration apprenticeship standard with an approved provider. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to organize and use their own initiative. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also required.
