We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Professional to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational needs of our students with neurodiverse conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching colleagues in planning, teaching, and assessing learning, ensuring a tailored approach to meet the needs of each student.
- Work closely with students to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Provide individualized support to students, either one-to-one or in small group settings, to help them achieve their learning goals.
Requirements:
- Patience, compassion, and resilience to work with students who may have complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to update student plans and create learning materials.
- A driving license to transport students on trips and activities.
- A genuine interest in education and a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
