Key Responsibilities- Assist teaching colleagues in planning, teaching, and assessing learning, including working with pupils in small group settings and one-to-one.
- Support pupils in developing their communication and life skills, including social and emotional challenges.
- Work closely with pupils to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in a career focused on the education of people with a wide range of needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update pupils' plans and create learning materials.
- A driving license, as you will be required to transport pupils to activities and trips.
