Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching colleagues in planning, teaching, and assessing learning, adapting to the diverse needs of our pupils.
- Work closely with pupils to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Support pupils in small group settings or one-to-one, helping them achieve their learning goals.
Requirements:
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting neurodiverse learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to update pupil plans and create learning materials.
- A driving license, as we often take pupils on trips and activities.
