Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching colleagues in planning, teaching, and assessing learning, adapting to the unique needs of each pupil.
- Work closely with pupils to keep them engaged, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential.
- Provide individualized support to pupils, either one-to-one or in small groups, to help them achieve their learning goals.
Requirements:
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient, with a genuine interest in supporting the education of individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and update pupil plans.
- A driving license, as you will be responsible for transporting pupils to activities and trips.
