Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced midwife to lead our community team in providing high-quality care to vulnerable families. As a Clinical Community Midwifery Manager, you will be responsible for managing two small midwifery teams in neighbouring areas, fostering a collaborative team ethos that adapts quickly to changing population needs.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in intrapartum care, either in an acute site, a midwifery-led unit, or within a homebirth team. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the provision of safe coordinated care across Hampshire Hospital Maternity Services.
