We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our transformation unit as a clinical team lead for our community midwifery services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional quality midwifery care to vulnerable families living in the Andover area.

The successful candidate will have recent experience in intrapartum care and be passionate about delivering personalized care that responds to the needs of women and their families. You should also have strong leadership skills and be able to manage two small midwifery teams in neighbouring geographical areas.

Main duties
  1. Provide clinical and managerial leadership to ensure safe coordinated care across our maternity services.
  2. Monitor and implement evidence-based standards to improve patient outcomes.
  3. Supervise and support all levels of staff, delegating care and responsibilities appropriately.
  4. Responsible for providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal midwifery care to women.
  5. Create an environment that normalizes birth and supports the public health agenda.
