About the Role

We are looking for a strong visible leader with clinical and managerial skills to join our team as a Senior Clinical Midwifery Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting all levels of staff, delegating women's care and staff appropriately, and creating an environment to normalise birth.

You should have at least 3 years of post-registration experience, including experience of service development or quality improvement, working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, and previous management or leadership experience.

A good understanding of workplace culture, problem-solving skills, organisation, and time-keeping are essential for this role.
